Room includes a single bed, small 4 drawer dresser, 2 small windows, cable ready. Room can fit a nightstand and a small desk.
1-1/2 blocks to N and D Trains, which both trains stop at the same station. (30-40 min. to the city), Safe, Quiet block/neighborhood.

2 weeks rent + 2 weeks deposit to move in ($280.00 total). ~ 3-4 months minimum occupancy
