I am looking for a roommate for May. I live on the 3rd floor in a separate apartment from the rest of my aunt and uncle's house. There is a common entrance. You MUST like cats, there are 4 in the other part of the house and my own cat stays upstairs, her name is Veruca Salt.
The neighborhood is really safe, the grocery store is about 6 blocks away.
It's 15 minutes to Manhattan by bus and 10 minutes by ferry.
We also have a driveway you are free to park in.
The backyard is great for gardening and dinner parties. We are about 4 houses away from Blvd East--the view is great. Washer and drier are in the basement, water, power, and electricity are included.
I'm a teacher in the Bronx, originally from L.A., and my roommate is moving out because he wants to live in Manhattan. I am looking for a relaxed roommate who likes to have friends over occasionally, have their own space, and talk about each other's day. I clean, but I'm not anal about it,
