Hi I'm a single female homeowner looking for a mature, nice, quiet, responsible female roommate. I have a peaceful, happy, drug-free home in Summit. I'm a young 50 (ugh, that hurts!) and travel a lot. Must be non-smoker. Brand new, large (23 x 10), very nice, carpeted basement bedroom and private bath, 2 large closets, one ten feet across. Much nicer than a typical basement room - has great lighting, faux finish painted walls. Excellent privacy. W/D, storage, driveway parking, share kitchen. I have 2 sweet cats, patio, and a lovely garden with a small pond. Total 2 people in the house, share utilities, own phone. Small ranch house (plus the finished basement) in very nice quiet neighborhood of single family homes. A little over a mile to downtown, direct train to Penn Station, 45 minutes. I'm looking for someone preferably for April 1. $750 + utils.
