Hello,
I'm looking for a new roommate to occupy half of my two-bedroom apartment, located in a beautiful area in North Bergen NJ. Rent is very affordable. It located very close to public transportation (bus to NY 1 min from apartment), a nearby park, library, grocery stores and post office. Street parking avaliable if you have a car. The room avaliable is very spacious with w/w carpeting. Costs will include rent amount (heat included) which is $465 - what you pay - as well as the additional utilites (phone/cable/electric). The total for the utilities is in the range of $100-$120 a month, per person. Eat-in kitchen. Very large w/w carpeted living room. Looking for a responsible, tidy, working individual (female preferred) between the ages of 24-38 to room with... ME... a professional easy-going female.

Middle to End of April 2005 move in date.
