The apartment is in a modern luxurious waterfront building with all amenities, including inhouse gym, tennis courts, swimming pools, paid parking, etc. Beautiful views of midtown manhattan from the Promenade. Its also very close to the bus stop to Midtown. The building itself has a deli/grocery.
