Design-Build Project Manager

Growing fast paced design build firm is looking for a starting level project manager to oversee and organize jobsites. We are a 1/2 general contracting 1/2 architectural firm, and the majority of our work is upscale, design specific building, 100% for architects. We also fabricate doors and some fine cabinetry, and do moderate amounts of design on almost all our projects.
Must be familiar with doing take-offs and estimating/ordering of material, be able to read architectural drawings, understand details, and handle paperwork and ordering, change orders, jobsite reports. Knowledge of all phases of construction necessary. Knowledge of Timberline a plus, but minimally be somewhat computer literate and willing to learn our project management system. Knowledge of cabintetry detailing/ACAD a plus. Chinese speaker a plus.
Driving license required. 2/3 years experience required.
Job location is Manhattan (office)
