Seeking an experianced well-rounded Architect in design with strong design development and construction document skills. This position is ideal for a self-starter who seeks project and client management opportunity.
Requirements:
Leadership skills in their ability to execute a project and represent our practice with clients. The ability to communicate to the project team and adjust to changing project requirements is critical. This person will be responsible for managing clients, contractors, schedules, etc.
In order to be qualified for this position each candidate MUST have at least 2-3 years of working experiance, knowledge of project phases and construction oversight. We are a PC-based office and primary work in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office a MUST.
Education Requirement: 5-year degree or Masters in Architecture
