Edelman Sultan Knox Wood / Architects LLP is a small downtown architectural firm with a varied practice focusing on subsidized & supportive housing and community facilities of all kinds. Projects are both renovation and new construction throughout New York City and primarily for a not-for-profit clientele.
We are seeking a motivated, thoughtful and well organized person with a professional degree and at least seven years of practical experience for a full time position. With professional development encouraged, responsibilities will eventually include involvement in all project phases. Immediate and initial tasks will focus on the production of construction documents but well expect growth into every aspect of the jobs.
AutoCAD proficiency is necessary. Familiarity with Photoshop and Quark a plus. Three-dimensional modeling with Form-Z, 3D Studio VIZ or AutoCAD helpful but not strictly required.
