Interior Design Firm seeking Intermediate Architectural Interior Designer. We are a small design firm with a relaxed and creative enviroment that specializes in Hospitality, Restaurants, Bar lounges, Luxury Condominiums and some high end residential projects. Preferred educational background would be a candidate with a degree in Architecture or Interior Design with very strong AutoCad2004 Lt capabilities. Position avail Starting on or about April 1st or sooner.
Candidate must be multi disciplined in all aspects of the design process from conceptual design, space planning, preparation of presentation drawings and materials boards to measuring and surveying existing spaces for the drawing and development of a complete set of contract construction drawings.
Primary tasks include drafting, design development, preparation of construction documents using Auto Cad LT 2004 and a good knowledge of word and excel programs.
